, retailer premium în domeniul mobilierului și designului interior, își mărește echipa de vânzări și caută un nou coleg orientat către performanță și rezultate in zona B2B.
Descrierea rolului
Căutăm o persoană energică și persuasivă, care să contacteze proactiv clienți business existenți și noi, prin apeluri telefonice, cu scopul de a genera vânzări, de a identifica nevoile acestora și de a oferi consultanță personalizată.
Vei lucra într-un departament 100% outcall, având oportunitatea de a contribui direct la creșterea veniturilor companiei și la consolidarea relațiilor cu partenerii B2B.
Responsabilități principale
- Realizarea zilnică a apelurilor de vânzări către clienți business existenți și potențiali.
- Identificarea nevoilor și oferirea de recomandări personalizate.
- Generarea ofertelor comerciale și urmărirea lor până la finalizarea comenzii.
- Actualizarea și gestionarea corectă a informațiilor în
HubSpot CRM
. - Îndeplinirea targetelor de vânzări lunare și menținerea unui nivel ridicat de satisfacție pentru clienți.
- Colaborarea cu departamentele de logistică și suport pentru a asigura o experiență excelentă post-vânzare.
Ce căutăm la tine
- Experiență în vânzări prin telefon (outcall) – reprezintă avantaj.
- Abilități excelente de comunicare și negociere.
- Orientare spre rezultate și mentalitate de "can-do".
- Capacitatea de a lucra organizat, cu un CRM (HubSpot – avantaj).
- Atitudine pozitivă, profesionalism și dorința de a învăța și crește.
