Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're growing our outbound sales team and are looking for a curious, persistent, and sharp communicator to own the first contact with potential customers in Romania. You'll be reaching out to CEOs, founders, and other business stakeholders — opening conversations that lead to real business transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Run targeted outbound sequences via phone, LinkedIn, and email to tech-driven startups and mid-market companies.
  • Research and personalize your outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and our in-house built AI tools.
  • Conduct structured qualification using CAMP/BANT frameworks.
  • Book high-quality meetings that turn into revenue opportunities.
  • Share field feedback to improve scripts, targeting, and our go-to-market motion.

Your Background

  • 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Proven comfort with phone outreach and concise, high-impact communication.
  • Romanian and English fluency.
  • Curious about cloud, automation, and modern software businesses.
