Cerinte:

  • Experiență demonstrabilă în platforma theMarketer

(setări + automatizări + campanii);
- Minim
1–2 ani experiență

în email marketing / marketing automation / CRM;
- Ai construit efectiv automatizări și ai lucrat cu segmente + baze de date;
- Comunicare bună cu clienți (nu doar execuție "din spate");

Constituie un avantaj

:

  • Experiență în agenție (multi-client, ritm rapid, livrări în paralel);
  • Experiență în SMS marketing / push / omnichannel;
  • Experiență cu A/B testing, personalizare, recomandări produse, lifecycle marketing;

Responsabilitati

:

  • Configurezi contul theMarketer pentru clienți noi (setup inițial + best practices);
  • Te asiguri că datele sunt corect mapate și baza este pregătită pentru segmentare și automatizări;
  • Stabilești împreună cu clientul obiectivele: retenție, conversie, reactivare etc.;
  • Creezi și optimizezi fluxuri esențiale precum: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Customer lifecycle flows, Post-Purchase etc.;
  • Construiești segmente și reguli de intrare/ieșire în flow-uri;
  • Planifici și execuți campanii recurente (promoții, lansări, sezonalitate);
  • Creezi template-uri și structuri de email (cu focus pe conversie);
  • Colaborezi cu echipa internă / client pentru copy, design și conținut;
  • Urmărești indicatori de livrare și engagement (bounce, spam, open rate);
  • Conduci call-uri de implementare și status (kickoff, optimizări);
  • Lucrezi organizat, pe checklist-uri și proces (pentru livrare consistentă).
