Role description

We are seeking a results-driven and creative
Trade Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will focus on implementing and optimizing marketing initiatives that boost brand presence and sales within the trade sector. This role involves strategic planning, promotional activities, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance market coverage and sales effectiveness.

Bucharest Metropolitan area
(Voluntari-Pipera area).

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

·       Relevant experience in implementing trade marketing activity plans

·       Advanced knowledge of English language

·       Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Good organizational and communication skills

·       Analytical and creative thinking

·       Passion for the FMCG sector is a plus

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Job description:

·       Develop and execution of trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns

·       Develop and execution for POS Display Brand zone in retail channel

·       Collect the Instore dimensions and specification for all projects

·       Collect and evaluate of the cost offers from local suppliers

·       Develop and execution for POP materials in retail channel

·       Work with third party for adapting & customize POP materials

·       Develop the specific materials for training dedicated to the brand

·       Work with third party for developing special POS & POP & PROPS & Goodies materials

·       Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns at points of sale and propose optimizations

·       Coordinate promotional events, new product launches
