We are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled
SQL Specialist
with strong analytical abilities to support, optimize, and redesign incentive and commission calculation processes for a large sales force. This role is key in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in monthly bonus and commission schemes, working closely with HR and cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

  • Maintain and improve existing SQL code used in cross-functional projects.
  • Analyze, redesign, and document the current incentive & commission calculation processes.
  • Ensure accurate monthly calculation of bonuses and commissions, based on HR-provided schemes.
  • Provide fresh perspectives on existing workflows, identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Develop monitoring reports and dashboards to track incentive schemes and performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and process consistency.
  • Document processes and technical solutions for future sustainability.

What you must have:

  • Advanced SQL knowledge and proven hands-on experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex calculation processes.
  • Ability to understand existing code, troubleshoot, and optimize it.
  • Excellent communication skills, including email and cross-team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales performance management, HR processes, or incentive/commission systems.
  • Previous involvement in process redesign and documentation.
