We`re looking for a talented Data Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintainA ETL solutionsA usingA SSISA to extract, transform, and load data across multiple sources.
  • Design, develop, and maintainA Reporting ServicesA reports usingA Visual StudioA to present data across multiple sources.
  • Optimize and maintainA MS SQL ServerA databases, ensuring efficiency, security, and performance.
  • Write complexA SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for data processing and reporting.
  • PerformA data analysis, cleansing, and validationA to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • DevelopA data pipelinesA and workflows to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database and ETL-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and developers, to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
  • ImplementA best practicesA for database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Ensure compliance withA data governance, security, and privacy policies.
  • Document database structures, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor`s degreeA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ yearsA of hands-on experience withA MS SQL ServerA andA SSIS, SSRS.
  • Strong understanding ofA T-SQL, database design, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience withA ETL development and data integrationA using SSIS.
  • Proficiency in debugging and optimizing SQL queries and SSIS packages.
  • Familiarity withA data modeling, data warehousing, and reportingA solutions.
  • Experience working withA large datasetsA and relational databases.
  • Experience withA banking productsA and process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience withA Power BI, or other front end reporting tools.
  • Experience withA data governance and compliance frameworks.
