What will your mission be?- As Sales Manager at OCA Global Romania, your mission is to lead and expand our commercial footprint in the region. You will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that every solution we deliver reflects our values of Excellence, Proximity and Agility, always guided by Integrity, Safety and Sustainability.
- Your impact will be key in consolidating OCA Global as a trusted partner in Testing, Inspection, Certification and Verification (TIC) services.
Your key missions: - Drive Business Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and markets across Romania and Eastern Europe, boosting revenue through our wide service portfolio.

Cultivate trust and loyalty with both new and existing clients by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions. - Lead Commercial Pipeline:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, manage forecasting and reporting with precision. - Position OCA's Value:
Understand client needs deeply and present value-added technical proposals that align with their goals. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with technical and operational experts to design proposals that meet technical standards and exceed expectations. - Stay Ahead of the Market:
Monitor industry trends, competition and regulations to proactively identify opportunities and ensure competitiveness. - Be Our Brand Ambassador:
Represent OCA Global at trade fairs, client meetings and industry events, strengthening our brand presence in the market.
What we'd love to see in your profile
- Proven commercial experience: Solid background in Sales, Business Development or Account Management, ideally within TIC, industrial B2B services or consulting.
- Strong commercial mindset: You know how to identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals at senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must. Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Self-driven & goal-oriented: You thrive with KPIs, deadlines and ambitious growth targets.
- Educational background: University degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred.
