Beneficii


Salariul se bazează pe comision din vânzări, 50% pentru fiecare contract încheiat, cu o valoare între 1.500 și 4.000 RON.

Daca vrei sa faci parte din echipa noastra, vei avea urmatoarele responsabilitati:

Contactarea clienților noi, informarea acestora cu privire la condițiile de colaborare.

Negociеzi cu cliеntul și sеmnezi contractеle de vânzаrе;

Personalizezi ofertele pentru fiecare client, în funcție de nevoia și dorința acestuia;

Respecți un target zilnic/lunar

Cerințele noastre:

Să ai studii medii finalizate cu diplomă de BAC/superioare

Să ai cunoștințe de utilizare PC;

Sa fii atras de ideea de a lucra în vânzări și de a oferi suport clienților;

Să ai o doza bună de răbdare și suficientă energie pentru o zi de muncă;

Să fii capabil să-ți atingi consecvent obiectivele;

Să folosești cu ușurință calculatorul și telefonul mobil;

Să știe să vorbească frumos la telefon;

Poate să fie chiar student/ă sau masterand/ă, în primul rând atitudinea contează mai mult decât vârsta

Să fie harnic/ă. Lenea nu are ce căuta la noi în firmă și ne plac doar oamenii care sunt dispuși să dea 100%;

Să fie dispus să învețe. Dacă nu învață, nu crește, dacă nu crește, firma nu crește;
