We're hiring a Sales Specialist


Who we're looking for

You're curious, persuasive, and passionate about consultative sales.

You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, reaching out to decision-makers, and understanding how our platform –
Victa
– can help them achieve their business goals.


What you'll do
:

Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients interested in construction project data

Set up and lead meetings (online or by phone) with new and existing clients

Understand client needs and clearly communicate the value of our solution

Deliver personalized training sessions on how to use the Victa platform effectively

Conduct market research to better understand client profiles and industry trends

Prepare customized sales proposals and close deals

Record all relevant client information and interactions in our CRM system


What we're looking for
:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or client training

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Interest in construction, data, or tech-enabled sales

A proactive mindset and strong motivation to exceed targets
