We are hiring:
Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

As our
Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist
, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees, while supporting the company's professional image through efficient recruitment processes and engaging onboarding experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment and selection process;
  • Collaborate with our teams to understand the specific requirements for the ongoing positions;
  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates according to the job specifications;
  • Provide feedback and maintain a strong network to ensure the pipeline for future opportunities;
  • Analyze and implement trends in the recruitment market according to company's strategy;
  • Actively engage in brand engagement initiatives to promote a motivating work environment;
  • Actively participating in the planning and organization of people engagement events;
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees;
  • Support exit discussions to collect feedback, analyzing it to identify opportunities for improvement in our work environment.

What abilities will you need?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellence communication skills;
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Reliable person with high trust value;
  • Previous experience in recruiting is not a must but always an advantage;
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/HR or Economical Field;

*Proven experience in recruiting for roles in IT & sales it's considered a plus.
