Abilitatea de a interactiona cu pacienti, familii, medici si comunitatea;

Capacitatea de a organiza si prioritiza solicitari si sarcini multiple;

  • Capacitatea de a mentine standarde morale inalte atat la locul de munca, cat si in comunitate;
  • Abilitatea de a organiza activitatea si de a prioritiza sarcinile;
  • Bune abilitati de comunicare;
  • Nivel minim intermediar de limba engleza. Preluarea apelurilor telefonice primite in clinica si furnizarea de informatii corecte si complete despre serviciile oferite;

Programarea consultatiilor si investigatiilor medicale;

Oferirea de asistenta si consiliere pacientilor pentru accesarea serviciilor medicale din portofoliu;

Rezolvarea eventualelor reclamatii legate de serviciile medicale;

  • Raspuns la solicitarile pacientilor. Pachet salarial competitiv , corelat cu experienta si performanta profesionala;
