We are looking for a Safety Assistant to work in Bucharest, for construction - infrastructure sector, with general activity within Health & Safety Department - organizing, coordinating and monitoring prevention and protection activities, in accordance with the specific legislation in force.

Responsibilities:


• Developing specific instructions for applying occupational safety and health regulations, depending on the particularities of the work processes within the organization, the number of employees, and the risks of accidents and occupational diseases


• Checking how the current legislative regulations and the rules related to fire risk prevention, employee health protection, and environmental protection are being applied


• Verify the acquisition and application by all workers of the measures outlined in the prevention and protection plan, the internal instructions, as well as the duties and responsibilities assigned to them in the field of occupational safety and health established by the job description.


• Ensures the informing and training of workers in the field of occupational safety and health and checks the understanding and application of the information received by the workers


• Organizes and arranges the first aid points within the entire company


• Ensures the preparation of the action plan in case of serious and imminent danger and the training of all workers for its implementation.

Requirements:


• Education: secondary and specialized studies


• Experience: minimum 2 years


• Foreign languages: advanced English


• Microsoft Office knowledge – intermediate/advanced level
