Căutăm un Arhitect Senior cu experiență solidă și spirit de lider pentru a se alătura echipei noastre dinamice. Acest rol este esențial în coordonarea și dezvoltarea proiectelor noastre de arhitectură de la rezidențial și mixed-use, la hoteluri și spații publice.

Succesul în acest post înseamnă livrarea unor proiecte de înaltă calitate, respectarea termenelor și contribuția activă la creșterea și consolidarea viziunii studioului.

Responsabilități

Coordonarea echipelor de proiect pe toate etapele: concept, DTAC, PT, DDE și asistență tehnică pe șantier.

Elaborarea și verificarea documentațiilor tehnice conform legislației în vigoare.

Comunicarea activă cu clienți, consultanți și autorități.

Integrarea soluțiilor sustenabile și inovatoare în proiecte.

Ghidarea și mentorarea arhitecților din echipă pentru dezvoltarea lor profesională.

Asigurarea calității și coerenței proiectelor din punct de vedere arhitectural și tehnic.

Calificări

Diplomă de arhitectură și drept de semnătură OAR.

Minimum 7–10 ani de experiență în proiecte complexe (rezidențial, hotelier, mixed-use, publice).

Aptitudini excelente de comunicare verbală și scrisă.

Capacitate de leadership, organizare și rezolvare a problemelor.

Experiență solidă în utilizarea BIM (Revit) și a altor instrumente digitale de proiectare.

Abilitatea de a lucra într-un mediu colaborativ și orientat spre rezultat.

Cunoașterea reglementărilor urbanistice și a legislației locale.
