Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of credit card account data from both a financial and product functionality perspective
  • Investigate and report technical or product parameterization errors related to debit/credit card products
  • Analyze and verify specific reports associated with debit and credit card products
  • Reconcile credit card transactions upon request from the bank
  • Provide support and administrative activities related to debit/credit card accounts and customers
  • Handle support and administration tasks for tokenized cards in digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, etc.)
  • Generate, verify, and upload periodic reports (daily, monthly, quarterly)
  • Participate in integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) within SIBS Romania, and document test results
  • Support the investigation and resolution of identified issues
  • Manage and prepare reports reflecting the results of testing activities
  • Report findings and progress on project teams and designated project managers

Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field;
  • Solid understanding of debit and credit card products, including their financial flows (authorization, settlement, reconciliation, fees)
  • Experience in analyzing and reconciling financial transactions and working with operational or financial reports
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and report technical or configuration issues related to card products
  • Familiarity with tokenization processes and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, etc.) would be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and basic knowledge of SQL – an advantage
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
