Are you ready to drive logistics excellence and shape the future of material flow in automotive manufacturing? At our Timisoara plant, we're looking for a Logistics Process & Material Flow Planner who thrives on delivering results and optimizing performance.

Your Performance Objectives:

  • Design and implement high-impact logistics processes across inbound, warehouse, line feeding, and outbound flows;
  • Lead logistics projects with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and best-practice standards (e.g. kanban, milk runs, container concepts);
  • Support new product launches by planning material flows and logistics technologies;
  • Drive cost optimization through logistics cost calculations, packaging concepts, and storage analysis;
  • Enhance internal standards by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and technologies.

Your Profile for Success:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics or Engineering;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive logistics (process planning, lean production, project management) is an advantage;
  • Strong Excel skills; SAP and logistics control systems are a plus;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
