Job Description

Main objective of the job:

• Lead the implementation of legal tax requirements into our accounting processes, in all relevant processes, including Invoice to Pay (I2P), Book to Report (B2R), and Business to Consumer (B2C). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations within our SAP systems, while managing and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet tax obligations efficiently.

Specific job responsibilities:

• Implement tax requirements within the R/3 Bosch Divisions and S/4 Hana, focusing on all relevant processes, mainly Book to Report (B2R), but also Invoice to Pay (I2P), and Business to Consumer (B2C).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that tax requirements are effectively implemented in all relevant processes.
• I2P, B2C and B2R Operations worldwide.
• Central Finance (C/FIT).
• Business Development(BD) /Technology teams.
• BDB/S4 project teams.
• Map and integrate tax requirements into accounting processes, ensuring compliance within SAP systems.
• Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of tax requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements related to indirect tax compliance within the accounting systems.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the application of tax requirements and best practices in SAP.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
• Proven experience in implementing indirect tax requirements in accounting processes, preferably within SAP systems.
• Solid understanding of indirect tax regulations in B2R, B2C, and I2P processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering tax-related implementations on time.
• Experience with SAP R/3, S/4HANA, or other relevant ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of international indirect tax regulations.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Very good presentation skills
• Strong personality with leadership potential, a proactive approach, and a 'can-do' attitude".
