1,According to the company's performance evaluation index requirements, standardize the procurement, logistics process and standards, optimize the finished product management, reduce circulation links to reduce the amount of inventory;

Standardize the procurement system to ensure normal procurement and timely delivery of production materials;

Guide and supervise internal and external logistics activities, optimize logistics management mode, improve efficiency, and ensure the reduction of supply chain operating costs;

Verify whether the LFMEA considers past failures to reduce risk levels and comply;

2,Production Planning Management

Base on customer demand, as low cost low inventory as target to meet customer request

Plant yearly and monthly capacity analysis, lead and escalate capacity risk.

3,To take charge of staff reserve work in the department and train subordinates to improve the management level and overall quality of the department;

To supervise and guide the operation of clean systems and systems at home and abroad, establish a fair, just, simple, transparent, green and dynamic platform for cooperation, and prevent corruption.

Need to be familiar with MPS, MQS, MSM and PHB, and be proficient in application

Responsible for detailed project planning and budget of the department;

4, HSE management

Effectively promote and implement HSE management;

Need to be familiar with MPS, MQS, MSM and PHB, and be proficient in application
