Your day to day

• Actively contribute to the implementation of the Business Banking long-term business strategy for Larger SMEs and Mid Corporate clients to drive growth, improve competitive positioning, and increase efficiency
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats
• Prepare strategy presentations for senior stakeholders
• Create monitoring tools/financial models for the business including sales activity, lending products & processes performance (e.g. activation, re-activation/retention models, product use, customer development
• Develop optimization models and intelligence for pricing eisting and new products based on historical data, market data, and input of commercial teams
• Monitor lending and non-lending products performance (sales, P&L and other relevant KPIs), identify commercial opportunities, create well-rounded business cases
• Address the most critical gaps in providing a meaningful customer eperience; monitor the development of a roadmap to address root causes and redesign journeys
• Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user eperiences, ensuring consistency across lending, digital products, services, and channels.

What you bring to the team

• Min. university degree, with 4-6 years of eperience in developing products/processes/technical solutions
• Highly analytical and being eperienced with data and financial modelling
• Eperienced in senior stakeholders' strategy presentation, high proficiency in Ecel and PowerPoint
• Relevant eperiences in Front Sales Banking environment, and/or eperience in commercialization and/or eperience in eecution of projects
• Ability to understand comple business situations and a consultancy mindset towards cracking business problems and opportunities
• Problem solving attitude and eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Eperience with digital/automation processes.
