Your tasks

In your role, you will support the experienced finance team in accounting matters and, after a familiarisation phase, take on a variety of tasks in a secure and innovative environment.

Current accounting for Austria and SIovenia (accounts payable, banks, assets, general ledger)

Checking, account assignment and posting of travel expense reports

Processing of payment transactions and dunning procedures

Customer credit management and account reconciliation

Support with monthly and annual financial statements and with audits and internal audits

Tax office and statistical reports

Fleet management

Your profile

Several years of professional experience as an accountant in a multinational company

Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting or similar

German is a plus

Ability to interact professionally across borders, cultures, and management levels

Very good professional knowledge of Excel

Advanced knowledge of other Microsoft tools

In-depth knowledge of SAP-FI and/or SAP-CO and/ or other ERP systems
