Order to Cash Functional Specialist

We are looking for an Order to Cash Functional Specialist to execute and implement change around process reengineering, automation, centralization and technology, under the guidance of the Product Owner. In this role you will review existing processes (non-Oracle and Oracle), evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience. You will work on selected enhancements/improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage subject matter expertise within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, in the Order to Cash area; continue to build upon existing knowledge and develop new knowledge in other parts of the Order to Cash operations.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience; and execute on selected enhancements/improvements.
- Perform analysis and functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Order to Cash modules (Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing, Account Receivables and Revenue Management).
- Gather requirements and document business processes and technical designs.
- Front line functional support for the Cluj and other Finance teams in the Order to Cash scope.
- Support System conversions for companies acquired by Broadridge.
- Provide functional Fusion guidance to team on best practices regarding existing processes and enhancement requests.
- Manage functional issues and work effectively with the Oracle Cloud ERP support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/related discipline.
- 3-year experience required on ERP projects as a functional consultant in the Order to Cash area. Experience in the Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.
- General understanding of Finance techniques and practices (mainly around billing and accounting).
- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and recommend solutions that address expressed needs within the project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to illustrate ideas, concepts, recommendations, and technical/complex information in a clear and concise timely manner, at a level consistent with the audience.
- Fluent with Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Ability to analyze situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, determine and recommend practical courses of action using innovation, creativity and good judgment.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
- Capable of working independently, as well as participating in teamwork, and adapting to new projects quickly.
