*Tasks*

  • Checking, generating and sending billing requests including technical and fiscal evaluation
  • Preparation and review of recourse settlements, rework and sale to third parties
  • Supervision of rent settlements and preparation of other defined settlements in the financial system, e.g. permanent rent settlements
  • Checking, allocating and posting incoming payments
  • Check, reconcile and post payment notifications and receipts in the advance payment process
  • Clarification of payment differences
  • Billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific guidelines
  • Monitoring and reporting on irregularities in customer accounts
  • Supervision of G/L accounts, transition accounts, reconciliation and clarification of postings
  • Checking and posting of cash settlements
  • Balance reconciliation and difference clarification in the accounts receivable area
  • Support in month-end closing activities
  • Data analysis and preparation of monthly KPIs

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (preferably Automotive industry)
  • Attention to details and acknowledgment of Internal controls and regulations
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Knowledge of SAP SAP SD/FI/CO and relevant work-related skills: MS Office, Teams, etc.
  • High level of personal responsibility, initiative, structured work and reliability.
  • Teamwork commitment.

  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited

  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
