What will you be doing as an AP Accountant - Polish

The AR Accountant is responsible for performing Collections and Dispute activities and support Cash Application Accounting & Reporting activities, which services the Europe operations for Bunge Group.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

  • Performing collection activities for assigned company codes/segments.
  • Initiating and monitoring dispute resolution.
  • Resolving customer-related queries within defined timelines.
  • Identifying and researching for remittances from clients.
  • Performing SOX controls and ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Assisting in period-end closing activities, including Bad Debt Provisioning.

What you can bring to the role:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong written & oral communications skills in European Language. English is a must.
  • Minimum Education Qualification – bachelor's degree
  • Advanced English skills both written and spoken
  • Experience in ERP/ Accounting systems (SAP)
  • Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred
  • Escalate, follow-up and closure on issues in collaboration with other locations, applying best practice sharing
  • Perform root cause analysis on current issues
