We are looking for a new colleague to join Accounting Team in the role of Accounts Receivable Accountant, having permanent contract. Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Issue invoices to customers.
  • Ensure that customer accounts are up to date :
    • Monitor customer balances, communicates with customers on payments and performs Account Receivable Balance Reconciliations
    • Performs all the necessary allocations and accounting entries per customer to close balances
    • Take the necessary actions to close any negative balances at the end of the month for inactive customers
  • Provide support to the team and other departments, investigate and solve any issues for certain amounts re-invoiced to customers.
  • Extract & prepare monthly reports related to revenue, invoices and customers at the end of the month from operating system.
  • Perform daily and monthly controls in the invoicing and accounts receivables cycle.

To be able to achieve all of this you need to know what we are looking for :

  • University Degree – accounting or in economics field, finalized.
  • Good Knowledge of financial-accounting and tax legislation.
  • Experience in accounting/management applications/systems.
  • Good level of English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related position in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel.
  • Organized, with time management skills and a good teamwork spirit.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
