As part of this project, your role as an Inside Sales Support will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client's organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell product bundles at pre-negotiated rates to Pharmacies.
  • Developing existing / new accounts through outbound calls, & answering inbound calls, in accordance with country specific processes which are provided by Client in writing and in advance.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in Salesforce.
  • Participating in remote sales team meetings and interacting periodically with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Dedicated Outbound & Inbound sales phone call handling with Customer' Pharmacies.

Candidate' profile:

  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced level of French
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Integrity and desire to comply with all legal and moral standards
