aEURc Advanced English language skills, German is a plus. aEURc Post incoming payments and manage vendor accounts

aEURc Reconcile AP sub-ledger to the general ledger

aEURc Assist in preparing balance confirmations and reports

aEURc Support month-end activities and documentation

aEURc Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in accordance

with company policies

aEURc Perform 3-way matching for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts

aEURc Prepare and execute regular payment runs (wires, ACH, checks)

aEURc Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues

aEURc Assist with AP month-end closing, including journal entries and accruals

aEURc Maintain accurate AP ledger records and support general ledger integrity

aEURc Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of

issues

aEURc Support internal and external audit requirements with documentation

aEURc Contribute to the improvement of AP procedures and participate in system/process
