Your compensation during this opportunity will be 10,600 RON gross per month.
Our competitive compensation package includes on top prorated a 13th salary once per year and vacation bonus.
Department/Duration: Our Sales Managerial Development Program provides an opportunity to join our best-in-class Sales organization for 12 months.
Job Opportunity: During the program, we strive to provide you with on-the-job training, with the possibility of joining the company on a permanent basis in a managerial position upon completion.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Design & Deploy: Help create go-to-market plans that drive growth while being financially savvy.
- Category Management: Get involved in securing shelf space and developing promotion plans.
- Promotional Strategy: Play a key role in our promotional planning to execute effectively.
- Develop Strong Partnerships: Work with diverse teams and build relationships across brand management, finance, and supply chain.

Job Qualifications
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor/Master students in their final year or recent graduates.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Positive mindset towards challenges and changes.
