Position OverviewKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow dedicated social media accounts for niche sports, particularly Boxing and Darts.
  • Create engaging, trend-responsive content tailored to each social media platform (e. g. , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X).
  • Collaborate with internal teams including video editors, graphic designers, and other creators.
  • Analyze content performance and apply insights to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Monitor community feedback and trends to inform creative direction and storytelling.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong passion for sports, with deep knowledge of Boxing, Darts, and online sports culture.
  • English language proficiency (B2 level or above).
  • Demonstrated experience in creating social-first video, image, or meme content.
  • Ability to identify and react quickly to online trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital storytelling.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
  • A personal or professional online presence in the sports or entertainment space.
  • Experience with viral content, creator collaborations, or online community growth.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and/or graphic design is a plus.
