Your responsibilities

Descrierea jobului

  • Coordonarea echipei de calitate din productie, asigurând atingerea obiectivelor de performanta si calitate;
  • Monitorizarea si imbunatatirea continua a proceselor de calitate, in conformitate cu standardele ISO 9001 si IATF 16949;
  • Analiza neconformitatilor interne si externe, initierea si urmarirea actiunilor corective si preventive (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why);
  • Suport tehnic si metodologic pentru inginerii si tehnicienii de calitate din subordine;
  • Planificarea si realizarea auditarilor interne si suport in audituri externe (client, certificare);
  • Elaborarea si actualizarea documentatiei de calitate: planuri de control, instructiuni de lucru, proceduri;
  • Raportarea indicatorilor de calitate (KPI) si propunerea de masuri pentru atingerea tintelor stabilite;
  • Colaborarea cu departamentele de productie, inginerie si logistica pentru rezolvarea problemelor de calitate;
  • Identificarea nevoilor de instruire si dezvoltarea competentelor echipei;
  • Promovarea culturii calitatii in cadrul echipei si in relatia cu celelalte departamente.
Your profile

Candidatul Ideal

  • Minim 5 ani experienta in domeniul automotive, pe roluri de Inginer/Team Leader Calitate;
  • Experienta in coordonarea echipelor sau proiectelor constituie un avantaj;
  • Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza si/sau germana obligatoriu;
  • Cunoostinte solide despre: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D, APQP;
  • Abilitati excelente de organizare, comunicare, analiza si rezolvare a problemelor;
  • Spirit de initiativa, orientare catre rezultate si capacitate de luare a deciziilor;
  • Abilitati de delegare, responsabilizare si motivare a echipei.
  • Experienta in comunicarea cu clienti OEM
