Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Substation Design Senior Engineer located in Bucharest, Romania, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Substation Design Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing substation projects, including conducting thorough analysis and planning, creating detailed design documents, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Daily tasks include using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
  • Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
