Project Management Specialist
to join its Customer Acquisition and Engagement team.

In this role, you'll support multiple loyalty programs across South Eastern Europe, driving operational success and enhancing customer experiences. You'll collaborate with financial institutions, fintechs, and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that showcase the value of our loyalty products.


What You'll Do

  • Operations Management
    : Oversee loyalty program operations, including reporting, billing, offer implementation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Client Engagement
    : Partner with major financial institutions and fintechs to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and deliver loyalty services.
  • Documentation & Insights
    : Prepare client-facing materials that highlight product value and market trends.
  • Program Launches
    : Coordinate new product and service implementations for both individual clients and broader market initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Work with internal teams to analyze needs, develop knowledge assets, and share best practices.
  • Product Development Support
    : Contribute to business cases and product enhancements, and train stakeholders on supported services.
  • Vendor Management
    : Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.


What You Bring

  • Experience
    : 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, ideally within loyalty program operations.
  • Skills
    : Excellent communication and presentation abilities; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages
    : Fluent in Romanian and English; Bulgarian is a plus.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Mindset
    : Proactive, analytical, and curious—with a drive to improve processes and deliver results.
