is looking for an
Office Assistant
for its client,
a global leader
specialized in the
production and distribution of small household appliances.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate company contacts;
- Answering phone calls and managing general correspondence;
- Receiving, recording, and distributing parcels and documents;
- Preparing and completing shipping documents (AWBs) and coordinating courier dispatches;
- Providing support with protocol activities (meeting arrangements, office supplies, refreshments, etc.);
- Centralizing and verifying travel and expense reports from colleagues across the country;
- Offering administrative support to the Office Manager in daily operations;
- Managing internal documents and collaborating with other departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.);
- Participating in various administrative projects and internal initiatives.
Candidate profile:
- University degree completed;
- Previous experience in a similar position (reception, administrative assistance, or office management) is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good command of English (conversational level);
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Positive attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
