Căutăm un Senior Brand Manager dinamic și cu experiență care să se alăture echipei noastre și să conducă dezvoltarea și execuția strategiei noastre de brand. În calitate de Brand Manager, veți juca un rol crucial în modelarea percepției mărcii noastre pe piață și în stimularea creșterii prin campanii și inițiative de marketing inovatoare.

Responsabilitati cheie:

Dezvolti și execuți strategii de brand pentru a îndeplini obiectivele companiei;

Efectuezi cercetări de piață și analizezi tendințele pentru a identifica noi oportunități;

Colaborezi cu echipe interfuncționale pentru a asigura coerența mărcii;

Creezi și gestionezi campanii de marketing pentru promovarea produsului pe diverse canale;

Analizezi performanța mărcii și iei decizii bazate pe date;

Monitorizezi și analizezi performanța mărcii și faci recomandări pentru îmbunătățire;

Monitorizezi activitățile concurenților și tendințele pieței;

Gestionezi bugetele mărcii și aloci resursele în mod eficient;

Urmaresti vanzarile, evaluezi rezultatele campaniilor si propui activitatile promotionale viitoare;

Monitorizezi si gestionezi canalele de comunicare online;

Urmaresti implementarea strategiei de marketing;

Colaborezi cu agentia de marketing externalizata.

Calificări:

Ø Diplomă de licență în marketing, afaceri sau în domenii conexe;

Ø Experiență dovedită ca Brand Manager sau rol similar de min. 5 ani (de preferat in sectorul FMCG);

Ø Cunostinte solide de limba engleza (scris, vorbit);

Ø Cunostinte solide operare PC (MS Office, Internet, platforme de social media- constituie avantaj);

Ø bună înțelegere a principiilor de marketing și managementul mărcii;

Ø Excelente abilități de comunicare și interpersonale;

Ø Abilitatea de a gândi creativ și inovator;

Ø Orientare spre detalii cu o mentalitate creativă;

Ø Abilitatea de a lucra eficient într-un mediu cu ritm rapid.
