Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Professional Services Lead (Central and South-Eastern Europe) to join our fast-growing Digital Services business team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a unified team of consultants, functional architects, and program managers focused on creating compelling, high-value digital solutions within the Central and South-Eastern Europe (CSE) region. You will play a critical role in enhancing our customer-centric culture to support our high-growth Digital Services business by leading all aspects of consulting, solution architecture, and client implementations.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams to ensure we solution high-value, differentiated, and deliverable solutions, ultimately driving high-quality, timely, and profitable implementations that deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Professional Services consulting, solution, and program management teams to drive our transformation into a consulting-led, growth-oriented services business within the CSE region, setting and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales and financial targets. 
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to understand client needs and implement scalable growth strategies that identify and drive expansion opportunities within the customer base. 
- Ensure the timely, efficient, and quality implementation of our Software (SW) solutions and technology-enabled managed services by proactively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. 
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience leading, managing, and scaling high-performing Professional Services organizations, ideally focused on high-growth Software as a Service (SaaS) environments and international expansion. 
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end technical design through implementation of complex SaaS and technology-enabled managed services leveraging cloud-based services platforms. 
- Proven ability to effectively articulate and educate on business, technical, and architectural concepts to a variety of audiences, including C-Level stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence and influencing skills. 
- Experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Business Process Management (BPM), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries is preferred, along with relevant industry certifications.
