What We're Looking For

We are looking for a passionate
IT Business Analyst
who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As an IT Business Analyst, you will:

  • Act as a
    liaison between business units (Commercial, Financial, Customer Service, etc.) and IT development teams
    .
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews.
  • Translate business needs into
    feasibility studies and functional specifications
    , ensuring clarity for both business and technical teams.
  • Evaluate and decompose complex information into actionable insights to identify true business needs.
  • Support
    testing phases
    , ensuring that solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical leads to identify optimal technical solutions balancing usability, performance, and scalability.

What You Need to Know/Have

  • Proven
    experience in IT
    , preferably within telecom or enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of
    requirements analysis
    ,
    functional specifications
    , and
    business process modeling
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    English
    and advanced use of
    MS Office and analysis tools
    .
  • A results-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration skills.
