About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a test automation platform that offers robust capabilities and multi-protocol support for both simple feature testing and advanced system and scenario validation. This role involves designing and building test scripts, integrating comprehensive analysis, implementing complex logic, generating reports, and ensuring test portability and maintainability for continuous, unattended regression testing. The development will be conducted with outsourced engineering teams and management team in US. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to clearly communicate implementation risks and design trade-offs, and deliver committed work in a timely manner and with high levels of quality. Finally, the most important expectation is that they will be able to have fun performing this incredibly crucial mission.

Responsabilities:

  • You will be a senior member of the software development team responsible for contributing to overall and release specific designs and architecture, implementation, and unit testing of those designs, documenting the designs, and mentoring more junior developers
  • You will own the design and implementation of Eclipse plug-ins, and client user interfaces in an enterprise architecture including integration with third party applications
  • You will be expected to develop complex algorithms and document these to the level needed to convey functionality and methodology to their peers
  • You will also be expected to provide accurate forecasts of work effort and to clearly communicate implementation risks and design trade-offs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years developing in Java
  • Solid experience designing and implementing React or PostgreQSL.
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including memory management, process management, threading and persistence
  • Ability to understand and master new technologies
  • Experience working with XML and relational databases
  • Some experience with web technologies
  • B.Sc. In Computers Science
  • Good attention to detail and strong desire to make things happen
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and group presentation skills
  • Excellent English in both written and oral.
