skilled professional to join their Romanian team, responsible for implementing sales strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate goals, managing strategic/direct clients (groups, networks/chains, wholesalers) through data analysis and the implementation of specific action plans to ensure the achievement of assigned revenue and profitability goals. This includes continuous engagement with key professional figures indicated

by the client.

Constantly monitor the effectiveness and efficiency indicators of the commercial policy, implementing activity plans and/or corrective actions to achieve assigned targets. Understand the competition from a technical, commercial, and marketing perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the planning, organization, and proper execution of sales activities in the territory, both in terms of coverage and distribution penetration, contributing to the definition of objectives and action plans for assigned clients.
  • Achieve and monitor economic objectives (distribution metrics, sell-in/out revenue, margins, bonuses) and financial goals (payment terms - percentage of outstanding debts) in compliance with the company's commercial policy and quantitative/qualitative standards.
  • Schedule, plan, and prepare periodic meetings with the client, leveraging analytical data provided by both the company and the client.
  • Regularly report sales activities to the Sales Management through predefined reports for managed clients.
  • Propose corrective actions, identify business opportunities, and anticipate market changes.
  • Interact with all business functions, both territorial (AMC, Sales Reps, Key Account) and headquarters (Commercial Division, Trade Marketing, etc.), within both the company and the client.
  • Continuously orient activities towards achieving objectives, striving for improvement and excellence, with clear priorities, careful planning, and timely decision-making.

What we're looking for:

  • Education:
    Degree in Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of consolidated experience in sales roles within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
  • Languages:
    Romanian required and English nice to have .
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market data analysis (e.g., IQVIA).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
