Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent command of English (French is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in acquisition processes for EU-funded tenders is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with experience reviewing technical and financial project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable working with experts of diverse nationalities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.

At the Prequalification Stage

  • Analyze tender documentation and selection criteria to identify qualification requirements for project references.
  • Evaluate, select and adapt project references based on relevance, scope, and compliance with selection criteria.
  • Review project reports, audit statements, and financial documentation to determine budgets and extract essential financial data.
  • Coordinate with partner companies to compile and verify all required documentation for submission.
  • Draft applications and clarification questions related to selection criteria.

At the Tender Stage

  • Evaluate experts' qualifications and experiences against tender requirements and complete evaluation grids to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Adapt experts' CVs according to minimum requirements for key experts and other project needs.
  • Communicate directly with international experts to validate and refine experience descriptions in the CVs.
  • Check and verify supporting documentation (reference letters, certificates, contracts) to ensure compliance with CV.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and consortium partners to ensure timely, complete, and compliant proposal submissions.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for consistency and accuracy across all proposed CVs and supporting documentation.

Database Maintenance

  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and tracking systems related to technical projects
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data inputs while managing frequent updates across multiple projects
