Influencer Marketing & Community Specialist
to join our team and take ownership of our relationships with creators and our audience across social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is
organized, proactive, and passionate about social media and influencer marketing
, with a sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Management

  • Monitor and respond daily to all comments, messages, and mentions on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ensure tone of voice is aligned with NALA's brand identity: friendly, warm, Mediterranean, and professional.
  • Escalate sensitive issues or feedback to the brand/marketing team.

2. Influencer & Creator Management

  • Maintain and update the existing influencer database.
  • Research and identify new potential creators aligned with NALA's values.
  • Build long-term relationships with micro and macro influencers.

3. Influencer Program & Platform Management

  • Manage NALA's influencer marketing platform: upload campaigns, track performance, ensure contracts/content deliverables are fulfilled.
  • Coordinate gifting campaigns and paid collaborations.
  • Monitor results: engagement, content quality, reach, and ROI of influencer campaigns.

4. Logistics & Feedback

  • Prepare, organize, and send influencer packages for campaigns and launches.
  • Track deliveries and ensure content is generated in line with agreements.
  • Collect feedback from influencers and followers on product experience.
  • Report regularly to the brand/marketing team on influencer activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook – both trends and creator ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in
    English and Romanian
    ;
    Spanish
    is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Basic knowledge of influencer platforms, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Creative eye for content and understanding of what resonates with Gen Z & Millennials.
