The Euro Vision Recruitment SRL is a Bucharest-based staffing partner for hospitality, construction, manufacturing and logistics across Europe.
For this campaign, we're recruiting on behalf of our client—an established Bucharest restaurant group that is opening a new Indian restaurant.
We're assembling the opening team (e.g., Chef de Partie – Indian cuisine, Bartenders/Mixologists, Stewards, Head Chef). We run a compliance-first, transparent 12-step process and manage the full legal journey: work-permit dossiers (aviz de muncă), visas, travel and first-day onboarding. The employer offers food on duty, accommodation, local transportation, medical insurance and weekly tips.

Role Description

Run a hot section in a high-volume Indian kitchen and deliver consistent quality across grills, curries, biryani and breads. Keep your station fast, clean and compliant and help train junior cooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your station (tandoor/grill/curry/biryani/breads): prep, marination, service
  • Cook authentic Indian dishes with consistent taste, portioning and plating
  • Maintain mise en place; stock rotation & labeling (FIFO)
  • Enforce hygiene, PPE & HACCP; keep the station audit-ready
  • Coordinate with Head/Sous Chef; train and guide commis
  • Assist with inventory counts and order requests

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Chef de Partie/Line Cook in Indian cuisine
    (tandoor, biryani, curries, breads)
  • Strong knife skills; quick, precise chopping and grill control
  • Calm under pressure; team player in a multi-cultural kitchen
  • English proficiency preferred
    (read / write / speak)

Nice to have

  • South Indian cuisine exposure (dosa/idli, sambar, coconut & curry-leaf tempering)
