As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be part of the On-demand Squad Team.

Decommissioning of Legacy Infrastructure

• Draft high-level design (HLD) documents.
• Validate processes with the TAS Design Authority.
• Coordinate infrastructure decommissioning activities.

Renewal of Network Infrastructure

• Define Statements of Work (SOW) and technical requirements.
• Participate in RFP processes and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Validate technical designs with the TAS Design Authority.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements in coordination with the TAS CISO.

Assessment of New Work Packages

• Estimate technical workload and project timelines.
• Define the bill of materials (BoM) for new hardware (e.g., servers, ESX, switches).
• Design the overall change approach.
• Contribute to the creation of the 2026 roadmap, balancing obsolescence priorities and budget constraints.

Technical Support & Decision-Making

• Provide technical guidance and act as a decision-maker for solution and design choices.
• Support technical experts during implementation phases.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design technical solutions
• Ensure that architecture aligns with security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate closely with all the experts from the "obsolescence" team for project implementation.
• Maintain and update project documentation (HLD and/or LLD)

Required Skills:- Strong expertise in solution architecture (infrastructure, Network, databases). Examples of technologies within the obsolescence project:

• Switches catalyst and Nexus
• ESX with SAN & VSAN storage
• MSA bay
• Application hosted on Windows and Linux environment
• Databases (Oracles, MySQL ...)
• Deep understanding of security, high availability, and scalability best practices.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical architect in a complex environment.
