We are searching for an experienced technical/infrastructure architect to join our IT team, located in our IT center, in Berceni area, Bucharest.

Responsibilities
:

  • Define and evolve infrastructure architecture across domains: compute, storage, network and infrastructure services
  • Drive implementation of resilient, scalable and secure infrastructure services
  • Ensure compliance of architecture standards across business and infrastructure services
  • Provide technical leadership to project and operation teams
  • Promote automation and Infrastructure as Code for provisioning and configuration

Requirements
:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure, with 3+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles
  • Experience with DevOps/ CI/CD for infrastructure changes
  • Familiarity with API-driven and microservices architectures
  • Understanding of governance and compliance frameworks in regulated industries
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, structured and detailed-oriented
  • Strong technical expertise in at least two domains:
  • Operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows
  • Containers & DevOps tooling: Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins
  • Virtualization & Platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix
  • Networking & Security: LAN, WAN, SAN, Zero Trust
  • Backup & Recovery: TSM, Veeam or Cohesity
  • Databases & Middleware: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL, Apache Tomcat, Jboss
  • Experience with scripting languages: Python, Power Shell or other scripting language;
  • Experience in cross-functional or complex projects
  • Project management knowledge, experience in technical leadership roles, leading projects or infrastructure teams (enterprise architecture is a plus),
  • English knowledge – advanced level both written and spoken (French is a plus).
