Suntem in cautarea unui coleg / unei colege in cadrul departamentului de Marketing pentru pozitia de Product Portfolio & Promotion Coordinator. Aceasta persoana se va alatura echipei Nespresso si va fi responsabila de dezvoltarea, implementarea, evaluarea promotiilor si gestionarea portofoliului de produse B2C pentru cafea, aparate si accesorii.
O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:
- Gestionezi portofoliul de produse B2C de cafea, aparate, accesorii si servicii, prin coordonarea si implementarea lansarilor de produse (forecast cantitati, traduceri texte produs, etichete, pret, comunicare si strategie promotionala)
- Propui si conduci strategia promotionala anuala – espressoare, accesorii, cafea - pentru B2C in canalele proprii si sustii cu materiale de marketing comunicarea promotiilor.
- Asiguri imbunatatirea continua prin pre-si post-evaluari ale promotiilor.
- Coordonezi realizarea cercetarilor de piata si evolutia competitorilor pentru cafea, aparate, accesorii si servicii pentru a sustine strategia locala si planul de marketing.
- Evaluezi continuu, in colaborare cu Data Analyst, Departamentul Financiar si Departamentele de Vanzari, performanta portofoliului in toate canalele proprii de vanzare, pentru a intelege si initia posibile optimizari.
- Utilizezi datele si rapoartele furnizate de Nielsen si GFK pentru a analiza tendintele de consum, comportamentul clientilor si performanta brandurilor.
- Identifici oportunitati de crestere a vanzarilor si a pietei.
- Sprijini B2C & CRM Manager in luarea de decizii strategice si bugetare
- Gestionezi si monitorizezi bugetul din cadrul subdepartamentului – budgetul pentru promo, comunicare si research.
Cum poti avea succes?
- Experienta de Brand Management, minimum 3 ani, preferabil in industria FMCG sau intr-un mediu similar.
- Familiaritate cu analizele de piata si instrumente de analiza a datelor (de exemplu, Nielsen, GFK).
- Abilitatea de a interpreta datele de piata si de a face recomandari strategice bazate pe analizele efectuate.
- Capacitatea de a monitoriza si evalua performanta produselor si campaniilor promotionale.
- Gandire creativa orientata spre solutii, adaptabilitate la schimbarile din piata.
- Capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan si de a respecta termenele limita.
- Intelegerea principiilor de management al brandului, inclusiv dezvoltarea si pozitionarea acestuia pe piata.
- Abilitati avansate de project management si coordonare echipe cross-functional pentru implementarea campaniilor.
- Limba Engleză - nivel avansat
