Product Manager

position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • Coordinates all the marketing tools in order to maximize the market share and the commercial contribution for the models under her/his responsibility, respecting the brand image objectives
  • Pilots all necessary actions for new model launch
  • Propose commercial actions and competitive product offers
  • Coordinates all the necessary activities for selling the models in compliance with the Romanian law ( National Type Homologation)
  • Monitoring, analyzing, anticipating the market segment evolutions
  • Defines and adapt continuously the product line up to market evolution
  • Defines the price positioning of the models in the portfolio in order to maximize the sales volume
  • Set up the pricing files for all the models in the portfolio, taking into consideration the recommendations from the manufacturer referring to the positioning vs. direct competitors and profitability
  • Manage all the components from the Commercial Policy ( price, discounts, mix ) in order to reach the profitability targets from the annual budget
  • Analysis the commercial performance of the models in the portfolio vs. competitors; establish a monthly diagnosis and action plan ( promotions, price repositioning), requesting for approval the commercial support needed
  • Defines the car orders to be launched in production , based on sales forecasts (entity, option, color mix)
  • Coordinates the new product launch for the models in his/her portfolio
  • Participates in the marketing briefs with the agencies
  • Coordinates the printing/editing of the models brochures and other promo materials
  • Pilots the monthly sales forecast process and set up the objectives (Carflow) and send the data to the manufacturer and to New Vehicle distribution department
  • Realize the sales results reports (total, segments)
  • Initiates the necessary actions for homologation towards the external partner

You are the ideal candidate if you have

  • University degree with License in Marketing or Business Administration
  • English language – advanced
  • Experience in similar position 5 years
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Innovative and analytical thinking
  • Communication skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Teamwork capabilities
  • PC operational knowledge – advanced
  • Driving License - B
