Alliance Operations Partner

POSITION PURPOSE
The Alliance Operations Partner you will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate alignment, transparency, and collaboration between Zentiva and the External Party (Covis/Azurity) across all Zentiva affiliates and internal functions as needed; acting as the central point of coordination for the execution of the partnership. Through proactive contract management – working across Zentiva Affiliates and internal functions - the Alliance Operations Partner shall ensure the relevant fulfilment of all aspects of the value chain to ensure that Zentiva fulfils all "Local Representative" obligations. The position will be the go-to person for all matters relating to the execution of the contract with the External Party.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Forecast management: alignment on internal & external forecasts, ensure timely updates, collaborative planning, and data visibility for all parties involved.
• Finance: collaboration between internal and external teams when performing financial reconciliations and remuneration. Support timely and accurate information flow so that Covis is well updated and kept informed on any price changes.
• Stock management and accurate reporting to ensure stock availability at all times. Cooperate with country supply chain teams to ensure stock is replenished promptly to maintain a steady flow of sales; perform timely analysis of inventory levels and forecasted inventory levels.
• Coordinate the review of medical and promotional materials, ensure these are aligned with all local regulatory and medical laws, regulations & requirements, in liaison with Affiliates.
• Ensuring appropriate connections and information flows to the key stakeholders (customers, internal teams) and to the External Partner to support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate and oversee exchange of information and data relating to, among others, PV claims, medical claims, commercial queries, etc.
• Support for the preparation of QBR meetings, ensuring timely reporting and data insights.
• Weekly and monthly reporting activities in various fields such as sales, stock, claims, returns, and reporting to health authorities.
• Actively seek out new ways to improve ongoing initiatives and challenge the status quo, and co-develop solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• University Degree.
• English – Advanced C1.
• German – Advanced C1.
• Preference for experience in the pharmaceutical field.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience in generating actionable insights from commercial and operational data for reporting and decision-making.
• Attention to detail, feeling competent working with Excel, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Logistic, supply & demand competencies.
• Customer service orientation.
