The Email Marketing Specialist will play a key role within our email marketing team, focusing on the design and execution of B2B email campaigns. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in developing a wide range of email marketing initiatives—from newsletters to event communications—while skillfully managing their unique elements and complexities. A strong foundation in basic HTML and hands-on experience with A/B testing are required, as is proficiency with Marketo. This role also involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure the delivery of outstanding campaign experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Operate directly in the email service provider platform (Marketo) including targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling 
• Deploy one-time, triggered, messages as the calendar and regional needs stipulate 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for QA and approvals 
• Coordinate with graphic designers to design and hand code responsive cross-browser email campaigns 
• Own email performance and optimization, including creating reports that analyze delivery and campaign efficiency 
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on email best practices and technologies 
• Maintain QA process to ensure all communications are properly formatted 
• Support the team with landing page creation with the help of html coders  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (a combination of education and experience will be considered) 
• 2+ year of experience operating directly in an email marketing platform, including a proven track record with both coding and deployment. Marketo experience is preferred  
• Deep understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices 
• Knowledge of B2B email marketing best practices is a plus 
• Exemplary attention to detail and time management skills 
• Knowledgeable in Litmus, HTML, A/B Testing  
• Excellent written communication skills 
• Strong project management skills  
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must 
• English - advanced level
