Master Data Engineer

• Establish processes around monitoring and measuring effectiveness of master data governance and execute improvements to better achieve this;
• Act as an ambassador for master data both within Heating (at all levels of business) and external;
• Initiate collaboration and cooperation between R&D and Operations;
• Work closely together with the business to ensure reliable master data;
• Anticipate business issues and manage them to minimize impact: analyze problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution;
• Provide input to standards (standardization), guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address recurring master data issue such as data convergence, data standards and data integration/ synchronization.
• Establish procedures and checklists in order to address recurring master data change requests

-    Masterdata optimization in general
-    Analyze information and deduce correct and useful conclusions. Distill added value from information and standpoints coming from different sources. Suggest corrective actions based on analysis of facts and figures
-    Manage other BCT plants in improving their Masterdata application and their way of working
-    Installs and maintains effective and efficient working methods
-    Maintains and continuously improves ERP system setup in order to improve Masterdata for operational performance
-    Monitor operational resources and communicate with responsible persons/departments when action is required
-    Write and maintain manuals for master data applications and define each department responsibility to fill the SAP system requirements. 
-    Lead & support (Global) Master data projects. 

- University or Professional Education, Bachelor degree in Logistics, Mechanical or business engineering. 
- Working experience: 2-5 years' experience as SAP Application engineer or similar with preferable knowledge of the SAP and Logistic environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and logistic commercial software;
- A high problem solving ability; analytical and process-based
- Good social skills and planning and organization skills;
- Ambitious, with an international mindset;
- Accurate, studious, service, and results-oriented

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data management, data governance, SAP.
• Experience with master data management (MDM) tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG).
• Demonstrated ability to manage data quality and governance projects.
