We're looking for the best Junior Mediation Systems Administrator to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration: Oversee and manage mediation systems and other real-time applications.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure timely and accurate operational activities on managed platforms/applications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements for end-to-end processes.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in projects for the safe and timely deployment of new functionalities.
  • Technical Understanding: Maintain a good understanding of technical details for effective system management.
  • Incident Management: Handle system interventions outside business hours (planned on-call) and/or in case of an incident.
  • Service Level Maintenance: Adhere to internal procedures and ensure service levels are met.
  • Coordination: Manage activities involving external resources.
  • Change Management: Oversee change processes and contribute to operational documentation.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation to reduce manual tasks.

What you need to know/have:

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

  • Experience in real-time applications administration.

  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Good Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and Shell Scripting.
  • Programming knowledge (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (CheckMK, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, F5 BigIP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automation and CI/CD tools (Rundeck, Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.

  • Web server (WebLogic, Apache, Jboss) is a plus

  • Soft Skills:

  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and adaptability.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Telecom, Electronics, Cybernetics or a related field.

Experience Required: 1-2 years in real-time applications administration (specifically in Mediation and/or Rating & Charging platforms).

Language Proficiency

  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written.
