About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation that aligns with company policies and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, system updates, and document management
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as benefits, leaves, and compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities
- Prepare and validate the monthly payroll file, ensuring all changes (new hires, terminations, leaves, bonuses, deductions, etc.) are accurately reflected
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and compliant payroll processing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar position
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in a fast-paced or international work environment
- High-level English communication skills
