Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a
part-time Junior Financial Analyst
to join our team in Bucharest. The role involves supporting business operations by processing invoices, preparing logistics documents, issuing sales reports, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Register and introduce supplier invoices into the internal system
• Issue sales invoices in the business management system
• Complete logistics forms for newly listed products
• Prepare and update Excel reports (weekly and monthly), including sales and stock reports
• Occasionally create AWB documents in the Fan Courier application
• Send purchase orders to the logistics department in another country
• Follow up on order processing (mainly via email correspondence)

Optional (not mandatory but appreciated):

• Translate product labels from Romanian to English
• Participate in occasional store-check visits in Bucharest (upon our request)

Qualifications

• Good command of English (both written and spoken – professional level required)
• Intermediate Excel skills (functions such as
  SUMIFS
  ,
  VLOOKUP
  , etc.)
• Attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
