Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data on market trends, industry developments, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Employer's offer:

  • Hybrid role (2-3 days/week at the office in Pipera)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business by conducting market analysis on industry trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders across departments.
  • Monitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological changes relevant to the industry.
  • Use forecasting models and scenario analysis to project future trends and market dynamics.
  • Develop critical analysis of available information to interpret market developments, anticipate changes, and address business challenges.
  • Present and explain market share and size metrics to large audiences in a clear, visual format.
  • Manage operational tasks, maintain and update internal tools, and consolidate datasets from multiple sources.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring accurate connections and updates to internal databases.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven business intelligence and reporting experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with other BI tools preferred.
  • Skilled in process development: organization, progress tracking, issue resolution, documentation, communication, and change management.
  • Proficient in data visualization and simplifying complex information into clear written and graphical formats.
  • Some database knowledge preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience & Education

  • Typically 4+ years' experience in business, strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area.
  • Bachelor's degree required;
